As all our wedding invitations and stationery are personalised and made to order, please allow 5–7 working days for design, proof approval, and production. We will always send your digital proof within 2 working days — to keep your order on track, please aim to approve your design within 48 hours. Production will only begin once your design is confirmed.
UK Delivery
We deliver across the UK using reliable courier and postal services:
Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch – £2.99 (Free on orders over £50)
Tracked Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch – £4.99
All orders are carefully packaged in protective envelopes or boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
All wedding invitations and stationery are personalised and made to order, so they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once your order is confirmed or design approved.
You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund, before design work begins. Please check your digital proof carefully — we cannot be held responsible for errors once approved.
If items arrive damaged or with our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will replace them free of charge.
